- You will receive a 100% refund if we fail to checkout the product no questions asked.
- We only take responsibility up until the selected store ships the product, if the item gets lost after shipment we cannot honor a refund.
- If the selected store cancels your order we will refund if you can provide details from the store as well as a cancellation email.
- We are not responsible for any shipping errors or product errors made by the shipper or the retail store. If the product is shipped to you damaged or the product arrives not as described from the retailer we cannot honor a refund.
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours unless it’s a limited release refunds can take up to a week.
